  You ever consider just doing Atkins for six months then trying something like this? I lost 80 lbs in six months last time I did Atkins (before I returned to a sedentary lifestyle filled with jack in the box and ben & jerry's ice cream).
  I'm on the Atkins again, and I'm already down 25 lbs in 3 weeks.
  
  If you're determined to do this, I wish you the best, and I hope you make it without keeling over.
